With approval from the Supreme Commander Aer, I do hereby award Spot the Pegasus Command Game Guild Exceptional Citizen Medal.

This medal is awarded to a citizen that has shown themselves to be an exceptional guild game member over time.

Spot is receiving this medal for his exceptional work supporting STO in Pegasus Command. Spot joined the STO Command Staff in 04/2025 as a Fleet Officer to assist with OPs and CCs, and in 05/2026 was promoted to the position of the STO XO. Since then, Spot is also assisting with recruiting, member engagement, and developing very unique OPs for our Fleets.

Thank you so much for your service, Spot and I am looking forward to the direction you will take the Fleets under your leadership as the STO Game Commander.

This medal is awarded to any guild member that serves honorably in a guild game capacity at any official office other than Game Commander or Deputy Game Commander.

These members are receiving this medal for their long-term service in the STO Command Staff assisting with OPs and CCs which really helped me out.

Filing for Office of the President is now open. To run you must be a Peg Com Citizen. The term is for one year 15 OCT to 15 OCT. There are no term limits. 

The President is in charge of all social areas of the guild as well as guild wide social events, like movie night. This office is responsible for retirements, and the purge we have each month. It is a very important position and if you wish to know more you can view our Constitution here:

Some of our medals can only be awarded by recommendation and order of the Supreme Commander, President, and/or Q.  If you wish to recommend a member for such a medal, private message via the Discord, the appropriate office holder.  For the Q the Chairman. 

Game Commanders can award all game medals for their game command. Note that all medals also should be awarded via the site as well so they show under the name of the member in the fourms.

Also include the reasons why you feel the member should receive such a medal. For the Presidential medals any member my make a recommendation.  For all others please see our rules on the awards pages for who may make a recommendation.

In general the format would be medal name, member name as the thread name; while in the text box is the order and reason for the medal.

This is an index to all active SC General Orders that establish rules or procedures for the guild.  General order format is name of the issuing SC, number of the order for that year, then the year issued. SC GOs stay in effect until revoked by a SC or expire based on that order or per rule.

I do hereby create the following new Pegasus Command position.

PegCom Host

The position of PegCom Host will assist with welcoming new members in landing chat.

Purpose: This General Order is meant to express the budget methodology of the Office of the Supreme Commander. My intent is this GO remain in effect well past my tenure as Supreme Commander for Pegasus Command. 

I do hereby order the following budgeting formula for budget approval submissions to our Quorum: 

For Official Guild Games that have been in existence more than 6 months and for which head count data on individual guild member participation is available the following formula shall apply: 

Funding Formulas:

Purpose: To is to establish a SOP for in guild end game teams. That leads to compliance with 6-SC-26. This however is not mandated, while the general ethos and end states are mandatory. This SOP should aid GCs in their approach to their guild and teams and help in their formation and continuation. All GCs should adapt best practices that fit their game. 

Pegasus Command End Game Guide:

Below is a universal guide which a Game Commander can use to help them build out end game teams in their guild games.  

It will be primarily up to the Game Commander to decide if their guild game is ready and will partake in end game content.  While end game leaders may be delegated to run end game content teams, the formation and performance of these teams and any issues that may develop, are ultimately the responsibility of the Game…

As per rule 6-SC-2 a suspension may be imposed by the SC in accordance with Peg Com rules.  A suspension may be imposed under the following conditions:

• The member has violated Pegasus Command rules

• The member has shown a disregard for the Pegasus Command Community

• The member has exhibited disrupted behavior in group settings (either voice or text chat)

1. A member can be suspended without warning or notice, no warning is required.  After a suspension is issued the reasons and duration of the      suspension must be communicated to the member within 24 hours unless the member leaves the guild.  Such suspensions only cover participation in games under the Supreme Commander’s jurisdiction.
