Purpose: This General Order is meant to express the budget methodology of the Office of the Supreme Commander. My intent is this GO remain in effect well past my tenure as Supreme Commander for Pegasus Command.
I do hereby order the following budgeting formula for budget approval submissions to our Quorum:
For Official Guild Games that have been in existence more than 6 months and for which head count data on individual guild member participation is available the following formula shall apply:

Purpose: To is to establish a SOP for in guild end game teams. That leads to compliance with 6-SC-26. This however is not mandated, while the general ethos and end states are mandatory. This SOP should aid GCs in their approach to their guild and teams and help in their formation and continuation. All GCs should adapt best practices that fit their game.
Pegasus Command End Game Guide:
Below is a universal guide which a Game Commander can use to help them build out end game teams in their guild games.
It will be primarily up to the Game Commander to decide if their guild game is ready and will partake in end game content. While end game leaders may be delegated to run end game content teams, the formation and performance of these teams and any issues that may develop, are ultimately the responsibility of the Game…

It is so ordered that this general order will replace Midnight-GO-4-20 regarding the Non-Offical Groups Ruie
Non-official in game groups/squads (NOG) are a great way to get to know your fellow members. It is a good way to do more specific in game tasks, and to just have fun. While we have Official OPs and game events they are not the only source of group game play. Peg Com wants to encourage members to form such groups in game all the time. It also is a great way for members to get noticed for opportunities in Guild Advancement and help others know who you are, should you ever want to run for an office. You also get to practice the skills you would need as a Game Commander or member of a game chain of command. Remember our purpose is to have game communities that are organized to maximize the…
It is so ordered that this general order will supplement the Recruiting Procedures currently utilized.
First Contact with an Applicant:
• When an applicant enters discord, it is ideal for the person actively recruiting them to make first contact. This is not always possible, especially when there is a delay by the recruit in applying for membership.
• If you are actively working with an applicant and for some reason it is taking longer than an hour, post a message in the recruiting channel that you are working with the applicant.
• In the event that an applicant joins the Pegasus Command Discord Server and there is no obvious correlation to an application pending on the guild website and if applicant is not tagged withing 1 hour of joining the server, any recruiter can ask the applicant which game they will be playing with us to direct to the right…
It is hereby ordered that the following rules will apply to members/citizens that play on any game with guild holdings.
1. As always anyone can play any game with us they wish. Any transfers between, to, or playing multiple games are all fine and require no permissions or requests.
2. However, due to the fact some of the games we play need in game contributions the following will now apply.
a. If the game has guild holdings, and

While our rules no longer require or authorize fleet officers from PCCFA, they continue to be recognized as a mark of respect. Since they were earned, members with them may display the rank and/or link to the Order. While all officer regs are not in force all fleet officers well be on retired status. Also all former Q members may list that as well or display that rank.

Supreme Commander
Purpose: To explain how the Supreme Commander interprets the monthly statistics reported for each Pegasus Command game guild. This General Order does not change the existing reporting requirements or the targets established for each guild. It explains what the reported measures mean to the Supreme Commander and how they are used when assessing the condition, activity, growth, and guildwide contribution of each game guild.
Pegasus Command Guild Statistics and Performance Metrics Interpretation:
Each month, the Game Commanders provide statistics showing recruitment, participation in game guild operations, and participation in guildwide events. These figures are leadership indicators. They are not automatic pass or fail grades, nor are they intended to replace judgment. I use them to understand what is occurring inside each guild, where a guild is succeeding, and where leadership attention may be required.
The statistics must also be read in the context of the game. Game population,…
