3-MP-11.  Alternate toons in the same guild of members may be removed from guild rosters after 6 months of inactivity and 12 months for Peg Com Citizens. Peg Com Citizens that are fully inactive in an official guild game, while the citizen themselves are not purgeable, may be removed with agreement of the active Peg Com Citizen or after 12 months of inactively, this shall be 6 months for members.
