There is created an office of the Deputy Supreme Commander, title abbreviation shall be DSC. Peg Com Citizen Ma’Toes has been appointed to this new office.

The powers of the DSC shall be as follows:

1.  The rank of this office shall be equal to Game Commander and shall have Game Commander authority in all Official Games of Pegasus Command. However, absent when directed to fill in for the Supreme Commander or otherwise by written order they may not overrule the Game Commander for any official game guild, nor take command in any official game guild. In this position they are not part of any official guilds chain of command. Absent such order by the SC they are to remain inside their scope of duty unless emergency conditions arise.

2. They are to assist in the rebuilding efforts of the GC for Guild Wars 2 as per that games game plan.

3. They are to serve as Chair for the Peg Com Drafting of End Game Team set up and operations rule set to be completed during this term.

4. Other duties as assigned by the Supreme Commander.
