Based on the much appreciated feedback received after the February 13, 2021 Game Commander Evaluation meetings, I hereby create a General Order that clarifies the Game Commander’s Game Plans regarding specific goals and quantifiable items such as Op attendances, recruiting expectations, and minimum number of Ops each game should be hosting each month.
The following matrices are to clarify the overall goals in each game’s plan regarding Op attendances and recruiting:
Op Participation: Each month, Game Commanders will take the total membership of their guilds and compute the percentage of those members who participated in Ops during that month. 35% participation is the minimum acceptable number. This is a very important matrix as it shows how engaged members are with Command and the guilds they are members of. For example, 40% monthly participation would be considered good as it demonstrates that the group is stable and healthy. Anything below 35% would be considered poor and signifies that the Game Commander is not engaging with his/her guild members and/or not reaching out to those who have not been active in Ops and events.
Recruiting: A Game Commander should not drop below what is needed to keep the guild at a steady state over time. So under ideal cases you would recruit at least as many as you lose during the same time frame. At a minimum these targets should be met each 90 days: STO:11, LoL:20, ESO:30, and Star Conflict:5.
New Recruit Participation: For this matrix, we are looking at newer members (at least 35 days new), who are participating in Ops each month. This number will be focused on the percentage of newer members participating in Ops and events. We are looking at this as historical at the moment and will see how it looks over time.
Minimum Number of Ops: Each game will have a minimum of four Ops each month. This allows more opportunities for our members to participate.
Feedback is always welcome.
