Chain of Command Guidance
As per a request I am issuing the following guidance as to in game chain of commands:
Per our rules the chain of command for the guild is, Supreme Commander and all offices appointed under them. Of these offices only Game Commanders are required by rule.
See below:
D. The Supreme Commander shall appoint a Game Commander for each official Peg Com game. They will have full command of the game they play, subject to SC General Orders. Their term is 6 months, unless removed by the SC. They have all the powers and duties of the SC inside their respective game. In no case can a Pegasus Command member serve as both SC and GC, nor hold more than 1 game command at a time but may hold any other office under these rules. GC's have no term limits. All GCs are required to command at least one guild in the game commanded and must be a member of every guild under their command.
As you can see GCs have all the authority over their respective game command as the SC has over the guild. As such they can appoint officers under their command and create a chain of command inside their game. This game chain of command is subject to all Peg Com rules, and specifically to any SC General Orders issued. An SC General Order is a written document published on this site that requires something to be done or not done. SCs affect policy inside a guild game officially via General Orders.
So when it comes to inside game chain of command the GC has total authority to add, remove, establish game officers. As well as define what powers and duties those offices hold. Unless and until a SC General Order establishes some other normal order in that game or all official games.
