Aer-Leadership Plan-2018-2019
Pegasus Command Leadership Plan
Authority: Submitted for approval as required under Rule 3, B Powers, and duties of the Supreme Forces Commander, Peg Com Fleet Rules.
Strategic Goal: To ensure continuation and growth of the Peg Com guild, its core values, and build our leadership bench.
Components of Plan: Over the 12 months I will be in command I propose the following Quarterly (Q) actions.
Q1: Implementation of slack force reduction. Introduction of a 10/10 system. Movement of major members to discord. Social media use. Core values training programs. Development of game leadership and command and control. Weekend Op expansion.
1. Implementation of slack force reduction, removal of all members from all games that refuse to join the site, no exceptions.
2. 10/10 system all games must each 30 days bring in a class of 10 members, each member will have a 10 day supervision cycle. Site join, participation in Ops, commander will evaluate. End 10 days failure is removal. Failed members will be replaced.
3. Movement of major members to discord, all members will be migrated to discord (BSGO has most not on). Failure to do so, removal.
4. Social media use, streaming, use of twitter by game commanders and website.
5. Core values training programs, site training, game specific information as needed. Part of 10/10.
6. Development of game leadership and command and control: all game commanders will establish functional command staffs inside their games.
7. Weekend Op expansion, game rotation of Saturday Ops.
Q2: Evaluation of Q1 results, adjust as needed. Continue working plans. Seed fifth official game, likely FPS. Prepare newer members that can run for elected offices.
1. Seed fifth official game, it is believed we need to add new games to Peg Com. A new type of game should be added, to allow more membership and more leadership positions for citizens and choice for members.
2. Prepare newer members that can run for elected offices, encourage citizenship among members. PCSC elections and leadership in game command staffs.
Q3: Evaluation of Q2 results, adjust as needed. Continue working plans. Start substantial member giveaways for Special Ops. Fully established game command in fifth game.
1. Start substantial member giveaways for Special Ops, all games have monthly giveaways to members of some sort.
2. Fully established game command in fifth game. Have game commander in place, along with staff and 10/10 system.
Q4: Evaluation of Q3 results, adjust as needed. Continue working plans. End TS use for guild. Prepare for major elections. Eighth anniversary celebrations.
1. End TS use for guild, use must end by 10 NOV 19.
2. Prepare for major elections, encourage candidates for SC and PCSC. Emphasis on never having served in such capacities before.
3. Eighth anniversary celebrations, all game commands to have 2-7 day long events.
Conclusion: This plan is quantifiable and allows operational flexibility. At year end, we have 5 official games, a strong social media presence, and between 40 and 75 leadership seeking new members.
