It is hereby ordered that the following in-game ranks and permissions shall be used in the both of the fleets in STO. This GO replaces the Aer-GO-04-19. The ranks shall be awarded by the following criteria:

PegCom President - the rank of the elected president of Pegasus Command (all permissions granted)

Fleet Commander - rank for the appointed Game Commander of STO as well as the Supreme Commander of Pegasus Command upon request made to the OOTP. (Gains Rename Fleet rank, Set Fleet permission and Remove from Fleet)

Executive Officer - the holder of the rank of XO within the in game chain of command, a commander of one of the fleets. (Gains Set Fleet Message of the Day, Manage Fleet Holdings, Set Fleet bank withdraw/deposit permissions, Set Recruiting information, Able to use coffer for a Fleet project as well as the Admin Rank in Xfaction chat)

Fleet Officer - rank reserved for the junior military officer positions as well as any civilian officers upon request made to the command staff. (Gains Manage special Fleet events, Fleet Officer chat, Demote a lower Fleet Rank, Promote a lower Fleet Rank, Rename Fleet bank repository, Buy Fleet bank repository, Sort Fleet bank, Change officer comment in Fleet Roaster, Fleet Mail as well as the rank of Operator in Xfaction Chat)

Citizen - the rank reserved for all Pegasus Command citizens provided they have complied with the minimum donation requirement. (Gains Invite non-members to Fleet owned maps and Create a new Fleet event)

Senior Member - rank for the member who has given the required donation amount of 10K. (Gains Invite to Fleet and Buy from provisioned Fleet stores)

Enlisted Member - anyone who has completed their application process. (Gains Fleet Chat, See officer comments in Fleet roaster, Donate to Fleet projects, Able to use Fleet coffers as well as ability to request invitation to the Xfaction chat)
