Plan/Rules for ESO Trials
Hello all, based on the point we are now with our trial practices and the numbers we have attending. I feel now is the time to let you know what the future of trials in the guild should look like. Also some written rules for them going forward
FIRST SOME RULES:
How to secure a spot for trail practice! I wish we could take anyone and everyone, but alas that is not how the game works and the max in a trial is 12.
1. I will take members first come first served, all members are on equal footing here. That said adjustments will be made if the team make up endangers being able to have a reasonable chance of success. Like we have 12 DPS but really need a tank and all you feel like is DPS, well when a Tank wants in HELLO TANK! that is one sexy shield. I will ask for anyone that wants to give a spot first, if no one wants to we will roll for it, highest roll will be replaced. You get how this works, and it will always be fair and transparent. I hate you all the same and always will lol.
2. If you missed a week due to being later or get booted, I will save you a spot the next week. This ensures we don't allow RNGesus to fuck somebody repeatably. If you miss the week of your reserved spot, well back in line you go.
3. We can and will take less than lev 50s out on trail practice! Keep in mind #1 may come into play as 12 lev 10s won'r work so good.
4. You can ask for a spot starting the day I post what is up for trial practice, just DM me on discord ect. I won't take spot hold until then, and this is not required but it you want to be sure, you get me.
5. We will start, the start of the start, of the forming to start, at 7:30 PM Eastern. If you get in discord or ask for a spot and we are full, you for that night will be reserve and is someone leaves you get in and #2 won't apply, otherwise it will. I will take these members the same as #1.
PLAN LONG TERM:
Trials are popular and we are almost always full team. This is a great problem to have so happy about it. The next step is when do we do a team 2!. This happens when we have constantly an overflow of 8 or more members for trials. You need 8 at a minimum to any trials imho, so until we see that we will keep going as we are. This applies to team 3, team 100 ect lol.
We will eventually have at least two trial days a week. One will be a practice for intro to trials ect like we have now, the other for Vet trials, speed runs, and gear grinds. The second day will happen when we have two events. One, we have at least two teams, and two, we have completed the full set of ESO Trials once on normal. As of this post we are at about the halfwayish point.
In the near future two new leadership slots will be open in ESO. One will be some type of Trial Practice Captain, the other for Vet Trial Captain, who and how this works will be up to command. As of right now Trials are still under office of the President, but this is the plan when it fully goes back over to normal command chain. So if you likey the idea of running some of this BS, start thinking about it lol.
When Vet does start it won't be the same as practice keep this in mind, as speed, what builds you use ect will matter so much more. It will have to be more structured, you will need certain types of sets and skills and teams will need to co-op their builds. This will also involve Hardmode BS too! Oh but the sweet sweet rewards and the fucks offs we can have to others make it so worth it! lol
Keep in mind we are building these teams inside our ESO Guild, so the plan is to only allow guild members to take part. No one learns anything if we have Superman run us though one. Our success will be earned off the blood and sweat of our brothers and sisters in combat not by mercs!
If you have questions or feedback let me know, this is an outline and like all things Peg Com subject to change when and if I sober up, change my mind, or someone has a better idea, especially when someone has a better idea lol

I feel you have the right direction to progress in and i will attend when i can due to my time zone and schedule,I would also like to start working on using my DPS as i do get bored tanking all the time and it gives others a chance to get experience with tanking. however saying that i have not done a lot of vet trials lately so rusty i shall be. I hope i can bring fun and experience to the group.
Kind Regards,
