Purge Policy reinstatement
As I didn't have any data on who attended OP's and how much from February I will be very inquisitive on the information and attendance, players unable to attend at the 3 given OP times are to report to GC ASAP
As you know 1 OP a month is the minimum requirement and fairly doable.
I should point out that by moving the STO Tuesday Op to 3:00 PM CT (middle of the afternoon, and the workday) in the US, you have basically made it impossible for anyone with a job to attend. I really hope that you take that into account before you start dropping the hammer on folks. :)
I only see 2 Ops on the calendar, not three. The only other Op on the cal is at 2:00 PM CT on Saturday Afternoon. I know that for myself, after working all week (now that I have to commute into Chicago every day) Saturday s my "run day" where I spend the day doing chores, going grocery shopping, etc. Another Op right in the middle of that that I cannot attend. That's why evening ops work out so much better for most people.
Food for thought.
Also remember that, as we pointed out at the last Q meeting, Citizens have greater protections when it comes to not attending Ops. I believe that have either a 60 or 90 day windows, not 30. 30 is just for members.
Well since during the week I am unable to do any later than 22:00 UTC cause work week and living in the EU...so I physically cannot do later OP's for Tuesday untill I find an XO who will choose their own OP time. As far as Friday goes that is currently at 23:00 and can't be any later because of possible overlap with ESO main OP, Saturday starts at 20:00 and is UOP catch-all since it lasts for about 6h. As far as the purge policy goes, I said very clearly if you can't make it, let me know and I will endevour to adapt to your schedule...also you know that Aer does all the purging anyways, so it is his ultimate call who gets removed, I will just say, if you do not show up or play at all you will find yourself on my purge list
