Diaspora shattered armistice

I was on this morning and chatting with SharonPeters, she tells me about this game, has anyone else seen it or Know about it?

Single player viper only game I think. I played it years ago, it is worth a play but not a guild game. 

I have heard of it, don't think it caught much traction.  A BSG overlay on another game engine if I recall?
