It is so ordered that a guild is to be created under Peg Com Order of Manticore in the Neverwinter game.  This guild will serve as a practice guild for pre-recruiting of members to Peg Com.  It will be under the jurisdiction of the Office of the President and Commanded by the Game Commander of Neverwinter. 

In addition the following rules apply to it:

1.  Members of this group do not become Peg Com members, nor does time in this group count toward citizenship.

2.  No player may remain in this sub-guild for more than 90 days. If not promoted out to Peg Com Order of Manticore they are to be removed.

3.  Player members of this group may not be given a role on Discord other than Peg Com friend. 

4. Player members are not to join the guild site.

5. The Office of the President will provide no recruiting services. 

6. All members of the group are to be treated fairly under our rules and traditions, and while they are not members, the Peg Com Judicial System is available to them.
