Attendance continues to be on the low side with a max of 6 players.
- Using Medics and Engineers. Healing, reviving and offering ammo and repair to needed allies.
- Mission completion upon take over of region(s).
The goal was for players to get familiar with the use of medics and engineers, even though the players' preferred class was something else. The use of revive grenades, and repair grenades as well as the utility weapon use in aiding allies.
I didn't see any issues with communication. Waypoint was properly placed and outfit members during the OP expected to be AT the waypoint. No problems.
From the last few OPs, Mission Objectives were difficult to complete except for training exercises. Unexpectedly, objectives in use of medics and engineers are solely upgraded by outfit member themselves. The initial use of both classes hopefully intrigues outfit members more use of them and seeing the benefits within a team environment. These two classes are the backbone to any squad or platoon. Protect them, they keep you going.
The second goal objective was to take over a region while using either a medic or engineer. Two of us managed to complete this particular objective 4 times within a matter of 15 minutes during the OP. However, outfit members started to log in and missed out, having nothing to do since the second objective had been completed.
In all, extra objectives or back-up plans will be in place for further OPs in the future. This OP was a success with minimal communication problems. There were issues where outfit members still scattered around leaving themselves vulnerable. We will have training in the future to combat scattered team play and have MORE of a tight squad scenerio.
