League of Legends structure and requirements will be broken down into two basic groups- Competitive and non-competitive.
Non-competitive members are required to attend the lesser of at least one Wednesday op each month, and one additional op each month or 20% of all monthly ops. They will be under the direct command of the Director of Free Agents
Competitive members will be assigned a flex team. They will fall under the command of their flex team leader. It is expected for you to attend every wednesday op, and every Flex team op. Dropping below a 75% attendance rate will be a signal to your flex team leader you should be reassigned from a flex team to the Director of Free Agents, and be considered a non-competitive member.
Discord Use: All members will use the guild discord with a mic during guild game practices, guild games and other official events/meetings. Members are encouraged, but not required, to be on the guild discord anytime they are playing LoL. If you are in a team on LoL and the majority of the team members are Peg Com, we ask you to use our Guild Discord. PegCom Friends are NOT exempt from this requirement.
Pick Up Team Games: Any team playing together in a non-official status will be under the command of the member starting such team. Such a team cannot be taken over by any officer or other member without the current leader’s consent. Peg Com members should, when practical and possible, be given priority for empty team slots on such a team.
Member Feedback: All member feedback both positive and negative is always welcome. All feedback should be directed to the game commander, or a member of the the league of legends council. All feedback is taken very seriously, and will be reviewed and responded to by the next weekly LoL op. Other feedback can be given via our site suggestions area. Feedback to the Office of the President, or Supreme Commander should only be done if it is in direct response to an order of the Game Commander. There are never repercussions for feedback, and it is encouraged you do so, this allows us to know what works and what needs improvement.
Weekly Op: Currently scheduled for every wednesday at 9 PM EST. Most Ops will be Scrimmages with similarly skilled teams that will change each week.
Banned Accounts: Anyone with a banned account will have the following reprimands: Citizenship recommendation withheld for 3 months from that month, Loss of Flex team status for 3 months, and be put on a Final Warning. A second banned account will result in removal from the guild.
Member Conduct: All members of this guild are to be respected and treated fairly, there are no exceptions. Also Peg Com is an all-inclusive guild, and all are welcome if they are 18 or over. All member conduct and guild officer conduct are subject to our rules, orders, and traditions. No one is above the rules and conduct violations will always be taken very seriously.
It is simple, if you would not want it said or done to you or unsure, well don’t do it. We are all adults, and while our goal is fun, it is not to be at the expense of other members. Members are encouraged to let others know when you are uncomfortable as sometime in online contexts without a positive assertion it can be difficult to tell. The goal is always to stop any unwanted conduct at the time, and to promote honest, thoughtful, and productive communication.
