Mission Attendance: Attendance was good with 10 members present at the OP. The change in OP time seems to have fixed the issue.
Objectives: We were able to get all members introduced to the change in HUD we have recommended and target color. Members do seem to feel having the HUD set to center display works for finding squad-mates in open space and other maps. This, is at this point, the best solution and does in fact work. Also changing the color of your target helps stop loss of it. We also set all eyes on me in the Options to aid in marking a target, now you can call a target and highlight it with a ping/target using one key.
We also found that the custom battles are quite fun and a good way to test teamwork and builds. While you get no reward for them they are indeed worth doing for fun and testing. We also did complete everyones assignments that were doable together due to level restrictions, all members are asked to work on leving up their pilot to 10 or higher as soon as you can. Also work on getting a Tier 10 or higher ship as this will make non open space operations much smoother. While this OP was light on resourcing what we did do was important for future operations.
PvP: Was again more available and widespread. We were able to find targets in most PvP systems we entered and did well in clearing out the systems. All in all, our engagements were much improved, still work is needed on formation and focus fire.
Communications: Were mostly open and clear, with few interruptions.
Conclusions: Again fun Op, as always feedback is welcome. I feel we have the basic needs of the group set and methods for resourcing, testing, and working together. I am pleased with the fast progress, while much remains we have come a long way in 4 ops. I will be handing over op command to the Game Commander at this point. When we are ready for conquest actions I will be more involved in planning for them.
