AER-GO-10-19
It is so ordered that the following rules are adopted for the LoL Guild as a community specific rule set. They are subject to all other Peg Com Guild Rules and only cover conduct taking place in the LoL Guild.
Authority: These rules are authorized under Supreme Commander Rule 3(D), Pegasus Command Guild Rules. They are LoL guild specific rules and remain subject to all Peg Com Guild rules, Orders, and Traditions.
Creation of LoL Council: This body will consist of all appointed officers in the LoL guild, plus one Peg Com citizen elected by the LoL guild membership each 3 months. Its main function will be to advise the Game Commander on LoL operations, rules, and member feedback. It can also serve as an intra-judicial body for issues between LoL Guild members at the discretion of the Game Commander.
Chain of Command: Supreme Commander, Game Commander, XO, Director
Attendance: It is expected that you attend 3 practices per month, and will attend all of their flex team schedule. If you are going to miss for any reason, let the rest of your flex team know unless unable no less than 24 hrs before the practice. Failure to comply may subject you to being purged from the guild if a member or removed if a citizen, as allowed per our rules.
Discord Use: All members will use the guild discord with a mic during guild game practices, guild games and other official events/meetings. Members are encouraged, but not required, to be on the guild discord anytime they are playing LoL. If you are in a team on LoL and the majority of the team members are Peg Com, we ask you to use our Guild Discord.
Pick Up Team Games: Any team playing together in a non-official status will be under the command of the member starting such team. Such a team cannot be taken over by any officer or other member without the current leader’s consent. Peg Com members should, when practical and possible, be given priority for empty team slots on such a team.
Member Feedback: All member feedback both positive and negative is always welcome. Most feedback should be directed to one of the game guild officers. Other feedback can be given via our site suggestions area, to the Office of the President, or Supreme Commander. There are never repercussions for feedback, and it is encouraged you do so, this allows us to know what works and what needs improvement.
Practices: Expect to be moved around often. While LoL is a team game and we want teams to gel with one another. It is also important we move players around to spread the skills and to allow us to become harder competitors for one another in scrimmages. So, do not be concerned if you are moved to new teams, this is part of our process.
Member Conduct: All members of this guild are to be respected and treated fairly, there are no exceptions. Also Peg Com is an all-inclusive guild, and all are welcome if they are 18 or over. All member conduct and guild officer conduct are subject to our rules, orders, and traditions. No one is above the rules and conduct violations will always be taken very seriously.
It is simple, if you would not want it said or done to you or unsure, well don’t do it. We are all adults, and while our goal is fun, it is not to be at the expense of other members. Members are encouraged to let others know when you are uncomfortable as sometime in online contexts without a positive assertion it can be difficult to tell. The goal is always to stop any unwanted conduct at the time, and to promote honest, thoughtful, and productive communication.
